Cooking is my other passion

I never thought I was going to enjoy cooking this much until I moved to LA. My mom is basically a chef, so she always cooked at my house (that's why I never had the need to do it myself.) But when I moved and I started having the need, I discovered this new passion.
Nowadays is so much bigger, and it's a lot more specific. I have to admit that I don't enjoy cooking a fish with rice as much as I enjoy baking a cake or some cookies. I love health, and I'm really into it. I eat in a very specific way so I cook and prepare my own food, and that's how I learned. I eat organic and I don't eat refined sugars or flours, so experimenting and creating new recepes became one of my favorite hobbies.
I follow this lifestyle because I love it and it has changed my life. It has taught me to respect people more and accept them with their own things. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I respect them. My family doesn't eat like me and I respect them, the same way they have learned to respect me and my new habits. That's what it's all about. My philosophy is: "eat what you want and what makes YOU feel good." I don't restrict myself to anything. I just changed my habits and my body crave different foods, because they make me feel good.
I made these cookies for my mom. They are easy to make and with all natural and healthy ingredients. I call them "Banana Dream Cookies." My mom gave me thumbs up, so I guess they are approved!
I never follow a specific recipe. I research a lot of different recipes and then I adapt and make them with the ingredients I consume or the ones I have at home. I love experimenting!
I'll be posting more pictures and posts about my creations soon...
Love,
